Attribution
Uniswap v4 is a singleton: every pool on the chain lives inside one contract and has no address of its own. A launch is attributed by the hook it carries when that hook is shared across many coins, and otherwise by the contract the launch transaction was sent to. Anything left over is counted as unattributed and shown — never quietly dropped.

Names come from each contract's own verified source on the block explorer. They are strings the contract author chose and are escaped before display — a contract may call itself anything, including the name of a pad it is not.
